I am happy to share or consult on any of my experimental control software. These programs provide flexible control over behavioral (and to a more limited capacity, neural) stimulation and monitoring, including maintaining a record of timestamps. Electronic hardware is controlled using Arduinos, which the user interacts with via a MATLAB-based GUI. Video integration is supported with the MATLAB image acquisition toolbox. Data acquisition can be managed either through the data acquisition toolbox, or by offloading acquisition to a secondary board, using TTL outputs from the Arduino to signal and synchronize event timestamps.
